Terms of Service
Rules for using Forever Talent Planner, saving and sharing builds, and interpreting beta game data.
Last updated: 2026-09-23
These terms apply when you use Forever Talent Planner. By using the site, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
What the site provides
The site lets you browse WoW Forever beta information, compare available game data, plan talent allocations, and save or share builds. It is an independent fan-made planning resource. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment or the WoW Forever project.
The game data is a dated beta snapshot, not a live or final copy of the game. Talent ranks, descriptions, availability, and rules may change. Some entries may be estimates or incomplete. Check the current game client before making decisions based on a build. The snapshot, limitations, and attribution are explained on the Data sources page.
Accounts and saved builds
You can use the public planner without an account. Local saves are kept in your browser; clearing its site data may permanently remove them. If you sign in, you can save builds to your account and choose to import local builds. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell support if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for the names and other information you enter. Do not put sensitive personal information, unlawful content, or material that infringes someone else's rights in a build name or support submission. You retain your rights in the material you submit and allow us to store and display it as needed to provide the requested feature.
Sharing
A share link encodes a talent allocation in its URL. Anyone who receives the link can open it, and it may be copied or forwarded. Sharing a link does not make your account or other saved builds public. You are responsible for deciding where to post your links.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site's operation, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, abuse the account or support features, or use the site in violation of applicable law. We may restrict access or remove submitted material when reasonably necessary to protect the site, other users, or legal rights.
Sources and intellectual property
The underlying game data is credited to Talents Forever under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license, as described on the Data sources page. Game names, artwork, icons, and related game content remain the property of their respective owners, including Blizzard Entertainment. These terms do not grant you rights to reuse third-party content beyond the rights its owner or license provides.
Availability and responsibility
We may update the site, its data, or its features as the beta evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every build will remain compatible with future data versions. The planner is provided for general information and game planning. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate beta data, unavailable service, or lost browser-only builds. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept it, where permitted by applicable law. For questions or to report a problem, email marklongpc@gmail.com or submit a support ticket after signing in. See the TideSparrow GitHub organization for project information.
